上周,一家生物医药研发中心的CEO王总来验厂。他坐下来第一句话就是:
“老周,我知道你给50多家实验室做过展示柜,但你的报价比另一家高了40%。你得给我5个理由,为什么我非要买你的货? 你工厂到底比别人好在哪?”

问题一:凭什么说你家的板材不会发黄?我肉眼又看不出来。
王总痛点:之前买的展示柜,半年就黄得像隔夜茶,里面的培养皿都看不清。
我们的回答 —— 眼见为实:

(手指向堆垛区)这一垛是三菱原装进口的浇铸板,标签上有批次号和报关单。旁边那一垛,是我们从市场买来的回收料板材 —— 您看,已经微微发黄了。

不是我们胆子大,是因为我们进的每一张板,都可以追溯厂家、批次、MSDS。

问题二:你说无缝融合不会漏液,我怎么知道不是胶水粘的?
王总痛点:之前供应商也说“无缝”,结果半年就渗丙酮,差点着火。

眼见为实:要求供应商提供保压测试视频或现场演示。不能做压力测试的“无缝”,都是耍流氓。

问题三:热弯的地方,你怎么保证两年后自己不会裂开?
王总痛点:以前买过的弧形展示架,半年后弧顶出现蜘蛛网一样的裂纹,直接就碎了。

王总,请您看这个偏振光应力仪。
(拿一个用简陋热弯工艺做的样品放上去)您看屏幕 —— 弯曲处出现了一大片彩虹色的条纹,这就是内应力。应力在慢慢释放,少则几个月,多则一两年,必然开裂。
(再拿我们数控热弯的样品放上去)您再看 —— 弯曲处几乎是暗黑色的,没有彩虹纹,说明应力极低,可以长久使用。
秘诀在于:我们的热弯机是数控±2℃闭环温控,加热后阶梯式冷却,让分子链充分松弛。广告公司用的单根加热条,温度漂移±20℃,还用水急冷——不出应力才怪。
眼见为实:向供应商索要用偏振光检测热弯部位的照片或视频。没有这个设备的小厂,建议直接PASS。

问题四:你的边缘处理有什么特别的?能保证不割手、不藏菌?
王总痛点:实验室要频繁用酒精擦拭,之前的柜子边缘毛糙,擦了几次酒精后居然从边缘开始发白、起丝。
我们的回答 —— 眼见为实:
王总,您用手指摸一下我们这台展示柜的切割边缘 —— 是不是非常光滑,像摸玻璃一样?这是我们用钻石抛光刀头做的,精度达到Ra 0.1μm,而且所有钻孔都倒圆角。
您再摸一下小厂的产品边缘 —— 粗糙、甚至有崩口,有的地方还能刮下粉屑。
这些微观缺口就是应力集中点,酒精一擦,微裂纹迅速扩展,就会发白、起丝。同时,缝隙里还会藏污纳垢,显微镜下全是细菌。
另外,我们所有层板都采用可拆卸卡扣设计,不用工具就能拿下来,放进高压灭菌锅里消毒。内部所有交界面都做成R5圆角,没有积灰的90°死角。
眼见为实:随手带一张无尘布,在切割边缘来回擦几次。如果布被勾丝了,说明处理不合格。

问题五:你们工厂凭什么比别家好?我凭什么相信你?



王总痛点:你说得天花乱坠,我怎么能保证大货跟样品一样好?
